The Community Resource Project, Inc. is a pilot program wherein an array of needed services are brought to, and then provided to, the individuals and families who need them. These services are provided at the local community level in real time.
The CRP exists mainly to serve as a resource and referral service to individuals and families in need.
Referrals may include case management, SOAR services (disability related), and mobile outreach.
Peer-assisted Recovery Coaching is an addiction-based peer coaching. The CRP currently has two coaches on staff who were trained in the CCAR method, and hold certifications in such.
Services for someone struggling with recovery are tailored to the individual and family. This is NOT therapy.
Peer-Assisted Recovery Coaching
